10/10 Excellent

"My stay was very good. Stayed for 2 nights. Beautiful old railroad station with lots of history all around. Staff was very kind. Food & Drinks at Trax Bar/Restaurant was good, staff was very good. Frank had lots of good info about the area and the hotel. Breakfast was a made to order at a different restaurant (forgot name). Breakfast prices were a bit too much. No gym, pool, sauna or hot tub. Room was good, bed & pillows comfortable. Had a refrigerator, small kitchen area, work desk, couch. Windows were dated and filthy to look out. Shower was good but no spray hose. Good pressure tho. Parking in the lot cost $5 extra per day. Overall I would stay here again. Thank You"

"We experienced a few disappointment's. The water pressure was great except it would not come out of the showerhead. The drain was clogged and let water out slowley.The refrigerator did not get cold, just a little cool. You need to climb stairs even when you take the elevator. Only three stairs but a challenge for my spouse. The breakfast was great. We have stayed there before and this was a little different. Must have been the room selection (241) We were told there were no rooms avaiable on the first floor."

"We stayed for a day. The lobby floor, infact, all the floors were dirty, had stain marks on floor, garbage bags were in the hallway. We had to change our room 2 times as in first one the connecting room door was not locked. second room - no electricity. Breakfast - just cereal,milk and fruits and packaged sweet rolls/buns or whatever you call them. tea/ coffee area was a mess too. Not a good experience."
