Assigned an already occupied room. Reissued another room which was unclean. Room 113 Creaking bed, hair under bed, toilet seat unstable. Failed room service. Smokers all around even though building is non-smoking. Don’t expect an exceptional service here. Just sleep, shower, rest and go on your day.

I don’t leave 1 star reviews but this place is a hazard to public safety, I have a duty to warn people 😂 Entire place absolutely reeks, bugs and hair in the bed, walls are genuinely just filthy with all manner of unidentified stains. Bathroom was even worse, literal piles of dirt and bugs in the corners, lots of stains in the tub. Everything is filthy, moist, and smells horrible. Very noisy. Was unable to stay even one night. Met some roaches and rats who were on their way out, warned me it was unfit to stay there 😂

This property has potential to be real good. The bathroom had a funny smell, shower was pretty good. The bed was not comfortable at all and pillows were flat. Definitely needs an upgrade.

The facility, upkeep, and cleanliness was fair to good. The main drawback is that it is difficult to arrive at the property as the entrance driveway can only be accessed from one roadway coming from one direction on a highway. The nearby roadways and traffic restrictions make it difficult to re-enter the property after going out (as the maze of off-ramps immediately in front of the property does not allow simple U-turns).

The staff was very friendly and I had no problems with parking but the room smelled strange. and the sheets too, the AC was loud, the bathroom didn't look very hygienic with yellow stains. I was out all day and they didn't take out the trash, I had to do it myself...

While the staff was friendly, what really counts in lodging was lacking. 2nd floor room, no elevator. Bedding was clean but the flimsy metal frame it day on was loosely assembled & made a banging noise every time you shifted weight. Provided internet was non functional as was the cable tv attached to the room's tv. Bath fixtures were loose & in poor shape. Bedding was good except for that bedded... no sign of bed critters. Room smelled as though cone insence was their room deodorizer when cleaning. Rest of the place smelled like weed & people. It appears to be a flop house for people receiving housing assistance.
