The good: easy access to town and Fort Leonard Wood. Owner was great to work with. Pantry was good, all amenities there. The ok: This place could use an update. Carpet is old and the pad shows through. Seams can be see everywhere. The beds also need replaced. Not comfortable and the bunk beds are not big enough for adults. Also, sleep didn't come easy with the highway noise. This place is cute but well used. Not worth what we spent when compared to other VRBO stays.

We came in for Basic Training Graduation. The house was clean, warm and had basically everything we needed! The bunks are a tad wobbly but everyone had a place to sleep. Kitchen was perfect for what we needed and the back yard has a portable fire pit and benches to relax. The garage was a game room also which was awesome for the kids and us. Basketball game, ping pong table, giant Jenga and Connect 4, board games and books. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Although close to the highway we did not hear it really at all. We had a wonderful time! Thank you again for hosting and we will keep you in mind for our next visit, your home gave us a perfect space for making memories with our Soldier!

Except for the amount of snow and ice the sky delivered, it was quite lovely

We came for grandson's boot camp graduation at Ft. Leonard Wood. It had snowed 9 inches, ice everywhere, not fun. Driving was brutal, driveway was deep, but we're from Texas, in a big pick-up, so we made it. The house was warm, welcoming, very comfortable. Host was attentive and quick to respond, Would definitely recommend staying there. ********** 10 stars

Plenty of space

Smells like Body Odor and is Unsanitary

Very run down finishes and dirty. The smell was the absolute worst. We couldn’t even stay and were willing to loose our money if we had to. There was dust dripping from the vents, tons of food crumbs between the stove and counter, ice cream spilt on the nightstand, and countless other issues. I took pictures of all discussing items. The kitchen tile and carpet was sticky. The carpet was coming loose due to wear, by the back door, the tach strip nails showing. Carpet was matted and very thin. The couch is totally different from what is pictured. It was so bad we booked a different home 15minutes after arriving at this home. The host did refund our money the next day. Also the home is just a few HOUSES off the freeway. The unsanitary conditions made it impossible to stay in this house. I suggest finding a different home to stay in. It’s unbelievable that this home has good reviews. I cannot believe it. And as a side note, there’s no hot Tub.

Family Day

Coming to FLW for graduation. The house was easy to find and looked just like the photos. There were lots of games to play and plenty of room for everyone. Our soldier just wanted to chill with family for the day and this place was perfect for that special time we got to have together. Would recommend to anyone. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

The house was great and very clean was stocked with everything we needed. The owner was very easy to get in contact with and very easy to access the house. Would definitely stay again.
