“This is the place to book! My family absolutely loved staying here! It is gorgeous, clean, and provides a relaxing, peaceful, and secure environment to rest. The host is so nice, quick to respond to any questions, and her hospitality is unmatched. Check in/Check out is clearly defined and simple. The house is fully stocked with everything my family would need and more; it felt welcoming and very homey. The amount of effort and care that was put into this house reflects in each room. “We’ve stayed in several VRBO properties this year and this one was by far the best! The only complaint I have is that the water (including from the refrigerator) doesn’t taste good. A Brita pitcher with water or bottles of water for guests would be nice. Everything was so clean and well maintained. The home was fully stocked with anything we would need during our stay including towels, shoes and toys for the pool, kitchen accessories, first aid kit, fans, iron and ironing board, laundry soap and……

“Very sketchy neighborhood, including smashed liquor bottles at the foot of the porch steps. The online photos of the interior are very misleading. Unit is old, poorly renovated and bare bones furnishings. We quickly discovered the place had not been cleaned since the last occupancy … dusty furniture, stagnant water in the bathroom sink which had an inoperable drain, and dirty sheets on the bed with undeniable evidence too gross to mention. There was also a very noticeable stench of marijuana……

“The living room carpet needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced. You could not walk on it barefoot. The sofa was sunk in on one end - you had to put a pillow under it to even sit comfortably. Also, the cot in the living room was shaky and sunken. All four of the kitchen chairs were shaky, one so much so that we had to remove it so no one would sit on it and have it break. The thermostat was set on 68, which was too cold for us. It was programmed, so we could not change the setting. I……
