Our lovely property is within minutes of river rafting, Zip lining, hiking, golfing and festivals. Be in the mountain country side enjoying all the adventures yet close to many fine restaurants, breweries, city adventures and tours.

We have a corn hole set that lights up for night time games, Bocce Ball, basket ball, Horse shoes, fire pit and grounds big enough for friendly baseball games, ping pong table, checkers and plenty of cards for our card game loving friends. There are many festivals and you will be all set and ready to take the crew out for the day or night. Many of the evening festivals ask that you bring your own chairs, picnic blankets, etc. to enjoy the mountain nights. Food and drinks are always available for sale. We also keep folding chairs, yard blankets, river towels and coolers for all your swimming, river sports and festival adventures.

We have always been hands on with our cleaning team and turn around teams.

All bedding including bed pads, towels, soaps, etc are replaced for each group. Whole house disinfecting is also done along with regular cleaning. We run air clearing devises that clean allergens and dust from the air.

We have one outdoor camera that is for the driveway entry. There are no other cameras. We have a security system available for our guest usage if they want one. Guest must inform owners if they want this option as it is set on off otherwise.
