“We spent a week here. Didn't spend any time on the lake. Enjoyed watching the deer from the big windows in the back and front of the house. The house appears to have been recently remodeled and was very clean and comfortable. The full-sized fridge and freezer were nice to have, as we prepared most of our meals at the house. Big TV, easy access to our streaming services (just had to log in then log out when we left), and comfortable seating. There were just two of us so we had plenty of room.……

“It is a neat, clean, nicely decorated older home. Some things to note: - it is an older home, so the floors creak and the doors stick and creak at times as well. This wasn't an issue for us, but if you have light sleepers, it may be something to stay aware of. - the toilets are small. That sounds strange, but my family is very tall (6' and over), and we had some logistical problems with the lack of leg space in the hall bathroom. No problem with the bathroom in the laundry room. “This loft was well appointed and very clean and well decorated. My son and his fiancé enjoyed the location as it was walking distance to the venue where we had their wedding shower. They also loved that the Aspire Wine Bar was just downstairs!”

“This was a beautiful property. My family and I got to enjoy spending time together. The views were lush. We kayaked on Watuga Lake, went to a wedding at the Heritage and enjoyed the farmers market and restaurants in downtown Johnson City. The home was very clean. We had plenty of pillows, blankets and towels. The beds slept well. The kitchen is well supplied. The water pressure was really good in the bathrooms.It was an amazing place to spend time.”

“Arrived at this beautiful historic home on a Saturday with three other longtime friends for a girls getaway. Perfect space for us all and found the accommodations exactly as expected. Comfy front porch for sitting and chatting; the hot tub out back was perfect for an afternoon soak after our hike to the Devil's Bathtub where a couple of us did the cold plunge!
