“We arrived to our stay as we had come for a concert in Ames. The hotel is on the very edge of town set back from the interstate. The grounds do not even include trees. 1 person was working the front desk and was helpful with any questions I had. Our room was located up a flight of stairs or just outside an elevator. In the room where we stayed, the toilet seat was loose and slid every time we sat. The refrigerator door didn’t close, so it was useless, and electrical outlets didn’t adequately hold a plug.
