「The hotel staff was very nice. It had a nice gym. Pool was closed, but I wasn't going to use it anyway. The continental breakfast was good... except for the eggs.
The room is where everything went wrong. 1st, the light when you first walked in was out. Half of the shower door was missing... but worst of all, they bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on in my life. My back is still on a lot of pain more than aday and a half later.
The reason I am giving a 3 star tating is...

「The room was clean and nice. There was no staff at the main desk everytime I went there. I saw one staff for my entire stay. No housekeeping services. There were cigarette butts all over the ground at the side door, like someone dumped the cigarette disposal and never cleaned it up. It was there for at least 24 hours. 」

「Lovely place to stay! The host was very helpful in providing all of the details for the stay, the house was clean, and it has a very cozy feel to it. I'd recommend staying here if you're coming to Rochester. The only issue was that there was a guy yelling at us from his car for no reason, but that's not a problem regarding the homeowner, it's just the area. 」
