「Good base for accessing Lake District.」

「Great location just outside Cleator Moor. Plenty of parking」

「We had a brilliant stay at Ritson Wharf. The hosts were great, informing us of places to eat and go to visit. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. It was decorated really tastefully to high standard. We would recommend it and hopefully will visit again !😊」

「We had a wonderful stay at Lake View Cottage. The cottage was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with a fantastic location for exploring the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would happily stay here again when we next visit the Lake District.」

「This was our third visit to Spa Cottages. It is a great base for exploring the Lake District. Parking can be a bit tight, but for the majority of the time we were able to park directly outside the property.」

「The house really makes the most out of its space. Really comfortable and modern yet still cosy. Everything is new, clean and well thought out. Having the downstairs toilet outside is a bonus and also the outhouse with washing machine, drier and freezer - it just frees up so much space. The house instantly feels spacious even though it is quite a small footprint and the garden is beautiful and secure. My parents live in Braithwaite so I know it well and it really does have everything, including...

「This is a little gem in the heart of a village Highly recommend to everybody, restaurants pubs shop and beach all within minutes of the cottage’s property was spotless clean and lovely and warm , met the family over the course of four days all very nice with plenty of smiles every time you see them Very dog friendly with many lovely walks around the area」

「We enjoyed our stay immensely. The owner was very attentive to our needs, property was very cosy and warm, and ideally located for local amenities and touring the area. We will return!」

「We have stayed at Millside Cottage many times before and it's a favourite of ours. Cottage is very homely and well equipped. It was great to see that the shower has been upgraded. One suggestion is that the new Wood burner is not that practical to use as there is no companion set, or at the very minimum an available poker. Having a fire at home, we know that sometimes you really need a poker to "re-adjust" locations of logs within the fire to ensure that they are sat correctly.」

「Wonderful cabin in a great location. Super clean and pristine when we arrived. Highly recommend and definitely booking with this host/cabin again 👍」

「Apartment in ideal location for everything Keswick has to offer. All within 6/minutes walk. Private car park so no problems there. The apartment itself is clean. Spacious. Modern with plenty of storage space for food etc.huge fridge freezer. Washer and dishwasher. Very comfortable bed. All in a private and quiet location with booths a stones throw away. All shielded by trees so very quiet. Nice view of river from sitting room window. The perfect spot for a stay in Keswick」

「Great cottage in a very good area outside Keswick. Comfortable, good for walks , car trips to other places . Would recommend.」

「Plenty of room for 4 adults & an excited Springer spaniel. Great to have a dog friendly garden - not always the case when advertised as such! Lots of walks from the doorstep. Local shop sells delicious cakes to take on walks!」
