Ideal location within the town of Keswick, the staff were brilliant and the breakfast was very good, the room was a good size but the bed was very creaky and it could do with a new mattress. There is free parking but its made for smaller cars as its really a tight squeeze. Overall we had a great stay.

This is a nice hotel in a great location. The breakfast and breakfast service was excellent. Only negatives were the car park, which is very small and cramped; however, there is on street parking near by. Initial reaction was that the hotel is a bit run down, but on closer inspection, most important items were new. The shower had seen better days though.
