“真是一个无人的旅馆！！！ 离市区很近，价格也很划算。第一次进门需要刷信用卡，只是验证不会收费；进入后需要自己在旅馆的自助服务终端上输入order id来完成check-in，然后终端会吐一张房卡出来；就可以凭借房卡进出了。 除了没有停车位，房间大小和干净程度都很好，还可以自己做饭，里面有全套工具。”

“Great apartment near public transit with easy access to the old town. Elevator in the building and access to a roof top terrace. Washer and dryer are free to use in the basement. All amenities include n the kitchen were includes. No mirrors in some WC ans the shower in the shower room always sprays onto the entire floor. No convenient parking nearby and you require a permit to street park.”

“維也納是中心，搭輕軌走路近市區都方便，房間布置得很用心，乾淨舒是每日也有櫃檯人員有問題都可以隨時提問，可以隨時以email連絡回復都很快速，廚房用具等都很乾淨新穎，住到捨不得離開。 Great location in Vienna City Center, staff are helpful and super friendly. This is not a hotel, but this service apartment also have front desk staff there to help. Room is very cozy with lots of detail decorations in room. Kitchen facility and washing machine are clean and nice too! Wish we could have more days to stay. ”

“Eine gut zu empfehlende Unterkunft in einem bunten Stadtteil mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Mit der U1 (unmittelbar vor der Haustür) in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Haus 2 ist ruhiger, da Innenhoflage. Insgesamt neuer Zustand und alles sauber. Gerne wieder! ”

“Generally very rude staff. I requested a baby cot (per their hotel description I could request one when I make a booking, and it was not a last minute booking), but the guy told me because we arrived late (11pm), they will not provide that for us. What kind of logic is that? Especially this is an airport hotel, you would have expected your guests to arrive any hour of the day and be a bit more accommodating. And shouldn't the cot be in the room already before we check in ? It was a very……
