「This hostel is very good. The receptionist was here til midnight and he is very helpful. The room is bigger than we thought and it is comfortable. Warm water for the shared shower is not enough at night when everyone wants to take a shower. May need to wait a little bit longer, but the bathroom is tidy. The kitchen is quite small, but equipped which is very good. Free biscuits and drinks are plus!」

「At some point the residence is nice, with comfy bed and well-equipped kitchen, I would say this part is above average. In the pricey Vienna, they provide an affordable price with the convenient location. However, the service is far below standard. The host has never replied any single message (until now). When we arrive earlier than check-in time, they didn't reply whether we can store the luggage or not. After we check-in, they didn't provide any information of the wifi, the same issue happens...

「Für ein privates Hostelzimmer war es genau das, was man erwarten kann. Freundliche Mitarbeiter und ein halbwegs sauberes Zimmer. Wir waren nur 1 Nacht vor Ort und für einen Kurztrip passt Preis/ Leistung gut. Wenn man keine Annehmlichkeiten braucht ist das Hostel sehr zu empfehlen.」

「La cocina está limpia y bien equipada. Lo malo es que no hay recepción, tienes que registrarte en una página y es un poco complicado, además tardan en responder con el acceso de las puertas (la principal y de tu habitación). Si llegas tarde o está lloviendo te quedas en la calle esperando. Una de mis camas no tenía cortina. Los lockers no funcionaban y el baño de hombres estaba un poco sucio.」
