“This is a great location for downtown Allentown, you can walk to a lot of places. We felt safe in the neighborhood and had no problems with moving in or out of the house. The rooms are big, so there is plenty of space. It is an older home, so the steps are squeaky and there are other minor old house details. We love older homes and found it charming in many ways. There are window AC units in every room, which was nice. Only 1.5 bathrooms, so a larger group might need to plan accordingly. As……

“The property is super hidden away, which was great for us to have a place to unwind. Very well kept and surprisingly well equipped. Internet was better than we expected, which was great for sharing pictures with others during our trip. Lots of bugs (I would recommend bug spray if hanging out outside a lot), but that’s to be expected this time of year. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely come back!”

“Enjoyed our stay very much. about 1/4 mile off road bottom of hill, forest edge, very protected and private. Tent easily accommodated 2 adults and 2 teenagers, stocked with essentials. “Great place to stay for one night! Property is behind host’s home (as is the street parking) and is like a large studio apartment but without a kitchen. Bathroom is large and has a composting toilet. Communication was excellent and check in process was super easy.”

“We had an informal college reunion, so wanted to be close to the Bethlehem historic district. Located close to where we meet with friends, easy to find and access, and close to convenient parking option. Not fancy (as described) but suits the needs of an overnight stay at a much better rate than the area hotels.”

“Staying here made it easy to go to my son’s graduation at the PP&L center. The house accommodated my family, was well stocked, clean and had good parking. It had a small but comfortable living room and deck/yard. The only downside is the toilet areas were very small and difficult to use as a plus sized guest.”
