「I liked how accesible is to the main streets. The staff wasn't too kind. I ask for an additional key card and they ask me for all the ID's of my group in order to bring it, that felt rude. I ask for additional pillow and blankets and they didn't bring them. However, I got later than expected in the evening (office is closed after 6pm) and they had someone that gave me the key to get to the room.」

「This hotel is stunning and the exterior is gorgeous. There is a very large Mall in which there is everything from dining to shopping and more. Regarding the hotel, the guest services are great with outstanding customer service . My husband's and I opted for a standard two queen size bed room which to our amazement was about 400 ft and so large we could play basketball in it. There were 100% hardwood floors .
