"Everything was okay"

"The property was in disrepair and the staff was unable to change our rooms until after 11pm when we checked in at 4pm and told the rooms were unacceptable. There was no pool the fitness room were not in working order . Basically the hotel lacked staff that were able to address any issues. I have used hotels .com several times in the past and never had such a bad experience. I can not recommend this hotel for any price ."

"A very clean professional place to stay. The breakfast area was very good.a great selection of food. The room was very comfortable. I will book there again "

"First checked into a room that smelled of pure Urine. Exchanged rooms into a room that smelled like it had been sprayed down with perfume/cologne in order to mask another smell. Toilet was broken (literally the toilet seat would not stay connected), shower/tub drain was clogged and the water would not drain properly while taking a shower. Couch in the room was clearly dirty."

"4th floor during our stay was noisy from inconsiderate guests at all hours of the morning. Also the marijuana smell on each night woke me up it was so strong. "
