Hatches Creek Sanctuary hone

We had a lovely time in this beautiful and well kept home. The home was incredibly clean, spacious, sunny and big. We enjoyed the oversized deck daily. The updated outdoor shower was perfect. We also played table pool, air hockey and foos-ball, all located at the garage. We also biked everyday on the Cape Cod Rail Trail located yards away from the house. We highly recommend this house!

Perfect for family vacation

The house had all we needed for a perfect Cape Cod family vacation. We enjoyed the pool table and game room each night after a full day of exploring the Cape.

Great Vacation Home!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely maintained vacation home. The house is fully equipped for family fun. We made full use of the pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, and board games. The house truly has all that you need. It's close to the rail trail, so make sure to bring your bikes. My kiddos loved the outdoor shower when we got back home from the beach to rinse off. Beds were comfy too. All and all we had a great stay and would highly recommend. It's very clean, well maintained and close to just about all of our favorite places to visit.

Great Home in Perfect Location

We loved this home. It is comfortable, spacious and is close to everything the outer cape has to offer. The rooms, deck, and communal spaces were perfect for relaxing. The game room garage was great for after beach or after dinner entertainment. The outdoor shower was a great way to cool off after a long day at rhe Beach and foe keeping the house clean from sand. The house is on a street directly across from the drive-in. My kids love going there. I am already going to book this house for next year. We will be returning for many years to come.

Awesome!

We were not able to rent where we have gone for years so we tried this home. It…was…awesome! Close to beaches, shops, and a few yards away from the bike trail. It was clean, bright and very cutely decorated. The back deck was the perfect spot for my morning coffee; it is a birdwatchers paradise with all of the birds as you look out to the wooded area of the back yard. The garage game room was a favorite for the kids we really appreciated the fridge out there. Close to 6 but you would never know it truly feels like a sanctuary. They thought of everything so all we did was focus on creating memories. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Summer Rental!

Place was immaculate. Close to all area attractions and was very well equipped for our family of teens and tweens. Our favorite was the back deck with beautiful views. Loved the beachy decor. Will definitely be back.

Good time for all

The house was the perfect size for us (6 adults). We loved the easy access to the rail trail but we had to find it on our own. It wasn't well marked and there were no instructions at the house.

Beautiful home in great location!

The house was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more! The game room in the garage was a lot of fun for the kids, the kitchen was well stocked so we could make meals at home and the back deck and yard were lovely. Location was perfect and street was quiet. Easy access to the bike trail and minutes from beaches and dining. We loved our stay!

Lovely, comfortable house

This was a perfect house for our vacation! Very comfortable, clean and updated. We had a little trouble with the key lock but were able to get in and the turnkey team was very responsive and came to fix the lock the next day. I will say one of the double beds was a little saggy but that would be my only complaint. Over all I would recommend this house and rent it again.

Great house in a great location

We had a lovely week staying in this house. It was sparkly clean, cozy, and well equipped/stocked with everything needed to make our family comfortable. We had some concerns due to previous reviews but were pleasantly surprised when we got there.

Lots of room, great location

Very nice quiet street but we were still close to beaches, shopping and Provincetown was just a short drive. The place was very roomy, beds comfy and the deck was huge with a very nice grill. The table and chairs out there could use a coat of lacquer or paint as the set looked a bit yukky but it was clean so we used it anyway. The yard was also quite lovely.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only good thing about this place is the location. The place needs to be cleaner, better managed and properly maintained. 1. The house does not really have central air con. They have one window unit in the first floor which of course is not sufficient for 6 people. The master bedroom does not have an air con unit, while the 2 bedrooms upstairs have very small units but they are so noisy that you need to choose between sleeping or being hot.... 2. The bed qualities are terrible... unless you do not move at all when you sleep... they make horrible noises and the mattress is what to soft and will give you backaches. You are on a vacation so the first thing you want to do is rest properly! 3. There were not enough towels (shower), paper towels and toilet paper for 6 people... we complained about this since day one. We gave permission to "Turnkey management" to enter the house twice, noting was resolved. 4. We had problems entering the house with the code provided to us! The house did not have a safety lock with a key as a back up either, even Turnkey's customer rep was surprised by this when we called about us being locked out. We had to be in the phone for 2 hours to troubleshoot for this... again ruining our vacation. 5. The house needs a deep clean urgently... we found spiders, spiderwebs, moths, ants and grass hopers in the rooms... It was very uncomfortable to have these while we slept. We also complained about this since day 1 and nothing was resolved. 6. You enter through the garage which looks like an abandoned place... very dirty, full of insects and lots of dust, if you are allergic do not recommend.

Great place to call home for vacation.

The house is well equipped. The theme of cape cod around the house was great choice, and features are all brand new. We just wished there was a king bed with both sides dressers, also an infant crib can add a good value. Cleaning was good overall but can use a little detail cleaning as the dust and spider web were everywhere( windows, doors, and ceiling needed more cleaning). Overall all, we are so happy we chose this house for our vacation.
