“This property was ideal for what we needed. Our son graduated VCOM with multiple ceremonies and we need a place we could all convene and celebrate. Proximity to downtown Spartanburg was ideal, and the space lent privacy to a small family gathering after the ceremonies. I had the party catered, but was able to host an intimate family style dinner celebration. The hot water was plentiful for showers and such. Beds were comfortable and inviting. Surroundings were serene and quiet. We spread out……

“Beautiful , Unique , Peaceful , Country farm experience ! The quarters were clean and nicely decorated . It is actually the private downstairs of their large , beautiful home .We loved the fireplace in the evenings . The very nice owners were a pleasure to meet and very responsive and accommodating . We have new friends now ! They offered us a tour of the farm with horse stable and 9 horses at the time , goats that they milked , chickens that they harvested eggs from , cats , dogs and puppies……

“The home and the gardens are truly lovely. The owner really made us feel welcome. They also had a bunch of sporting equipment (basketball, baseball gloves, etc.) that the kids adored playing with. The kids also loved to be able to hurl duck food at the ducks. The house is in a great location and a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely go back.”

“This unique farmhouse style home is a great choice for travelers and an excellent venue for gatherings by local residents. It has easy access but the property has abundant trees and is secluded from nearby roads and homes for privacy. The interior, baths, and kitchen are updated but maintain a pleasant farmhouse feel. The host had it perfectly clean and well stocked. It has a bonfire pit and a smaller fire pit for outside gatherings and the hot tub was immaculately clean, heated, and ready for……

“Property was off the beaten path. The seclusion was quite nice. No cellular signal made things a little difficult. The only real complaint i have is there was animal hair everywhere. It was in the fridge, freezer and on all the beds. We had to wash all the linen befor we could comfortably sleep on them. Also the garbage was full before we were able to toss our trash forcing us not comply with their trash policy. Overall it was a good experience.”

“The property is beautiful & very clean. I did not like the fact I had to agree to a background, scan my license & take a selfie for a one night stay. No clear signage in parking deck. The TV nor internet worked. The stick to close blinds in master bedroom is so short I had to get a chair & climb to close the blinds. ”
