“In looking for a local overnight staycation this unit really stood out among a lot of other listings that seemed to all resemble each other. After checking out the reviews I knew this unit would be perfect for us. The property was extremely private and super conveniently located with downtown Lake Worth only blocks away. Cale was extremely responsive and accommodating with any needs, quick to answer any questions. His team made sure there was a cooler and stuff for the beach set out after……

“Unit is uniquely positioned in the backyard of a primary residence. It does have a private entry, but you have to walk through the side yard of the main home to get there. Once inside it is nice and they provide all the amenities that a hotel would. If you are looking for a simple place close to the beach, this is your spot. ”

“Let’s start with a positive, the location is literally a two minute walk to the beach and Deerfield Beach is a beautiful and clean beach, unlike this property. There are literally piles of trash in the back “green space”, it doesn’t get better inside, spider webs, ants, palmetto bugs (a polite Florida term for cockroaches), stained bleach towels and I could go on but won’t. The most disappointing, believe it or not is while we had hot water in the kitchen sink and bath, THERE IS NO HOT WATER……

“This is a great kept secret right in the heart of Delray Beach with your own pool Jacuzzi and privacy yard in a quaint queen dual cottage, which can sleep up to a persons. Convenient location I’m very close to Atlantic Avenue as well as the beach”

“Truly a peaceful retreat in Jupiter that is a unique place on a quiet corner lot, just across the canal from River Bend Park. My dogs and I had no problem calling this place home for a quick family trip that turned into a longer stay. The Host and team have all been so friendly and accommodating, while giving us privacy. Will stay here anytime I come back to Jupiter.”

“The kitchen, common areas and bedrooms were all clean and comfortable. There were plenty of amenities and gear for an enjoyable stay.”

“Easily the worst stay I have had. Just be aware that this is not a building in good shape. One is that the building is deteriorated enough that the floors all slant one towards one wall. We just used the place at night to try to sleep, but that didn’t go well either! But I felt that I was on a boat and my balance was off all the time. My son slipped on the floor in the bathroom and was pretty sure that the floor was leaning downhill. There are a lot of issues and concerns when staying here……
