The room was presented well and clean. The amenities were very good especially for a tired traveller. The staff are flexible and accomodating. Everything was organised from late check-in to car parking. Well-done, Quest on Thorndon!

They have done the feeling of going from home to home. It is very comfortable. I like washing machines and driers. I like practical simple kitchens and other facilities in the room. I will be a regular customer of this brand.

Really like the cleanliness of the room, it felt really fresh and sharp. Bathroom was in good condition and the washing machine and drier were perfect for us during our travels. Had a small power box that packed a big punch, with 4 USB ports and 3single phase power points. The bed was so comfortable, definitely a good sleep which I appreciated. The small kitchen area was spotless and had everything I needed.

A good location to walk around and see the sights. Rooms clean and had everything you needed. Parking is limited and you need to book and pay for a spot if you have a car. Very handy location if you are using Ferries. Good pubs and eateries nearby.

A very lovely hotel. Very clean, attentive staff, great kitchenette, bathroom and comfy bed. I would come back to this hotel in a heart beat. It’s also very near the ferry port so not too much driving in town to get to the hotel. Again…. It is very comfortable, clean, efficient and near to everything. For a CBD location, this studio is quiet (has sound proofing) and spacious. Parking is just across the road and parks were reserved for us when there was a big game on at the stadium. It has nice extras like the Botanicals shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, nespresso and lollies in reception. It is nicely furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.
