「The place was an excellent setup for the four of us having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is a lovely unit that was meticulously taken care of with so many extra amenities including a snacks and drinks. The location was very quiet and access was easy. Our host was excellent with communication and helpful. We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again if we ever have to stay in this area. It was above and beyond our expectations and we had a fantastic stay.」

「Lovely house in a nice suburb but it's not set up for living.
There are appliances but no plates, the only cups are 8 wine glasses and a single mug.
House rules are to clean up after everything you do, even taking the sheets off your bed and putting out garbage, saw more rules in the house than were listed online.
The beds themselves had one thin sheet instead of a mattress cover and only one duvet on top.
It's a nice place but I'd maybe pay half of what I did when the house isn't set up...
