“A great little get-a-way! Really enjoyed everything about it”

“Very nice. Be sure to read the entry directions. I didn’t and tried to enter through the wrong door (there are multiple units). That’s on me though. Cute shop below.”

“Fantastic stay here--great place, and big beautiful park immediately bordering it.”

“We appreciated the air conditioning in our room, perfect for two. No complaints about comfort here.”

“We had a lovely stay at this cute property. The cottage is a studio in a converted garage with well done, high end finishes. There is only one room and one bed and we were staying with our 16-year-old son, so the hosts graciously provided a nice queen blow up mattress. The bathroom and kitchen are very small, but were great to have on site. The property is a highlight- the owners host events here also and the property is beautiful. We also really enjoyed the goats and chickens that were beside……

“Overall nice cheap place for people looking for a clean 1st floor place stay which is a min from vermillion launch ramp. Not sure why title says entire unit.”

“Very neat place!”

“House was incredibly clean. Bed was very comfortable. Perfect for our stay with Lucy are dog. Couch was comfortable for someone who likes a firm couch. Love all the homey touches. Having coffee available was wonderful especially considering the cold weather!Very sorry we forgot to clean out the fridge . ”

“Exactly as pictured on the listing. Quaint, simple and comfortable! Softest sheets I've ever slept in! Great location. Will be returning!”

“The property was oversold. It’s off of a major thoroughfare and is in a less than desirable neighborhood. The only thing nearby were strip malls. My expectations were much higher than what was delivered. The picture on Vrbo is not current.”

“If you want the best location in Vermilion, look no further!!! Steps from the beach (about 2 min walk, even with a toddler in tow!), right above all the shops and restaurants you could ever want… it was truly a treasure to get to stay at this sweet spot! Mike, the host was kind, timely and attentive to our questions and needs. The space was very VERY clean (especially for being in a sandy beach town!) and was tastefully decorated with gorgeous prints of Harbourside. The space while somewhat on……

“we were very pleased with 795 rd. to happiness the bathroom at the living room needs a new privacy lock everything else was great thanks bryn stevenson”

“Very beautiful property. Everything was excellent. No detail missed. We will stay there again. ”

“Very nice place. It was very clean and we enjoyed staying there.”

“Very clean. Host is very responsive.”

“Overton Nation gives the Station House & Caboose a 10 out of 10! With just a few small adjustments that we discussed with the amazing host, we truly believe this unique property can go beyond a 10. While it does not have three separate bedrooms, it offers three comfortable living and sleeping areas that can accommodate six people, with room for additional sleeping arrangements if needed. The best part is that you get to enjoy two completely unique spaces—the Station House and the Caboose—during……

“This charming, historic home was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and lots of room to sit and relax and for our two small grandchildren to move around. Very conveniently located to downtown Norwalk and easy to find restaurants and shops. Highly recommend stopping in at When Pigs Fly, the nicest charity shop I ever have visited. Tom, our host, was very responsive when I had questions prior to our arrival, and quickly arranged for the……
