“Very nice and well maintained motel.”

“Excellent stay for a couple of days, was there for a basketball tournament at IWU. Clean rooms, Excellent customer service, and everywhere we needed to go was less than 15 minutes away”

“I was only there for 8 hours before our next softball game. The floors were dirty. The counter we put stuff on was dirty. Maybe wax on it couldn’t tell. Red roof is our affordable and clean Hotel for travel but this wasn’t it. We also had to pay an additional $50 and I haven’t seen if they put it back into our account t yet. They must have bad customers but I. Won’t be another”

“Nice clean room”

“July 3rd, we couldn't find a parking spot when we returned. Because of the fireworks and the property allowing everyone to park there we were unable to find parking. We walked in through the door by the pool, when I went looking for someone at the front desk, there wasn't an employee there. The employee was OUTSIDE watching the fireworks. When I mentioned no parking on the property, she said yes, I told the Manager this would happen. I had two reservations, each one for a night. Upon check……

“We always feel so at home and comfortable when we stay at College Inn. The breakfast is wonderful and owners are always so quick with communication. We definitely will be returning!”

“Second stay here. Peaceful and quiet away from it all but still close enough to get somewhere fast. Very chic decorum. Comfortable bed. Great place for 1 or 2 people. Cost effective. ”

“We enjoyed the historic setting and understand the challenges of maintaining such a site. The house is unique and of interest. Everyone enjoyed the setting. Cons: One of the showers had a very low flow rate. We were also infested with wasps inside. We killed many! The kitchen was well-appointed. The dining area was comfortable. Offer better descriptions of the rooms. Two bedrooms shared the same shower, separated by adjoining shower doors. Great neighborhood with park near by. Conveniently……

“The apartment was nice. The only thing we had a problem with is the noise. There was a party downstairs underneath our apartment and it was so loud. We couldn’t even hear the TV. If you’re going for a quiet, relaxing getaway, I’m not sure this is the place. If noises don’t bother you then this is a great place with a great view. I do have to say after we got in touch with the owners they did try to get the party quieted down around 11 p.m.”

“The cleanliness of the house was excellent and included ample supplies. The sitting area was very comfortable. The host was very responsive to any questions. We would recommend or book again if in the area. ”
