AMAZING STAY

The cottage we stayed at was fantastic. Everyone around was friendly, the home was across from a playground (which the kids loved) and a stones throw from the heated pool. We were 5 minutes from the ocean as well as any type of great restaurant we wanted to eat at. We will be back for sure, and recommend HIGHLY to anyone thinking of staying in the Wells area!

We loved this adorable little cottage!

This little community was so cute and friendly. Very central location and so charming and adorable! The cottage was very well taken care of and we had everything we needed. Great condition and very very clean. Would come back and stay again and again!

Charming Beach Cottage

We just loved our stay in this charming cottage. Everything was clean and up to date. There were games, puzzles and books available too! The air conditioning was wonderful and we slept well. We also liked the combination lock entry system so we didn’t have to keep track of a key. It is located near the beach, stores, restaurants and best of all lobster pounds! The only things missing were lobster cracking tools. We bought a set and left them in the cottage for the next blessed occupants. There is a pool, hot tub and children’s playground as well as basketball court. We’d love return again!

Amazing stay, loved every minute!

The rental was absolutely lovely. It was very clean and well kept. We had no issues at all, and found everything to be perfect. The location was central to everything. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Perfect location

We had a great stay this weekend in Wells! The cottage was clean and right in the middle of visiting Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. We loved the hot tub and would absolutely stay again. The only downside was the heat taking a day or so to kick in. The first night was pretty chilly.

The unit was immaculate! Nice & clean, with all necessary amenities...except hooks in the bathroom, a 2nd bedside table, and bedside lamps. Need info about washing machines. Pool was great, good location, nice view of the ocean from the complex.

Beautiful place

We had such an amazing time here. The weather wasn’t as pleasant as we were hoping, but staying in at the cottage made it easy. Such a cute little place and the location was perfect. Close to everything and anything. The heated pool and hot tub were a bonus, as well. We will definitely be back next year!

Loved this little cottage! Location was ideal for us, just minutes from the beach and a short drive to other POI. The renovations done on this property are beautiful, I couldn’t believe it had granite countertops! The porch was also a favorite space, a nice place to sit and relax.
