Old house, but worth the price

Old house near Wells beach, you can see the sea from your kitchen Windows and bedrooms. House needs some repairs, but nothing that affected our stay. All rooms are upstairs. The separate room ( 1 double bed ) doesn't have air conditioning, so you will definitely want to sleep in the other room, but it's more like a dormitory. Communication was excellent with the owner, very happy with our stay. The only downside for us is that the beds were a bit small ( double bed ) a Queen bed would be much more appreciated, but we knew that when placing the reservation. Still a 5 stars place for us, will go back for sure !
