The bathroom needed up dating, the shower was old and old looking dirt in the grout. The chairs in the room was old and rickety. I was only there one night so it was ok, but I would not stay longer, badly need a refreshment on the rooms.

Black mold coming out of the a/C unit. When I turned on the heat/dehumidifier smelled moldy under the sink. Ripped screen on front porch. Leaky tub hot everything wet. When I asked for late check out them they wanted to charge an extra $30!
