“Absolutely loved this location. It was a quick walk in either direction, Mass St or KU Campus. We came for Crimson and Blue day at KU and this was the perfect place to stay for our family of three. The rooms were super cute and the whole apartment was colorful and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. Parking was a breeze and entry into the bldg & apartment was simple. Communication was prompt and thorough. We would happily stay here again for our next visit to Lawrence. ”

“The apartment smells like smoke. It is all I could think about and smell. I tried to spray room scent and perfume but it wouldn’t help.Also the 1 of the bedsheets seemed to have dust and hair on it like it wasn’t touched in a bit.The kitchen is updated but the shower isn’t.Host is very nice and place was easy to get into.”

“We stayed here to travel with our grandson for college at Ottawa University. The host were excellent and would respond immediately with any questions I had. The apartment was very nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay 5 !!”

“This property is managed by a property management company. They were responsive to communications (and we appreciated that), but seem to have had no flexibility about anything outside policy. Written responses were all pro forma and impersonal.Checking in was a disaster. The door-lock mechanisms did not work and it took a long time late in the evening to contact the management. It was frustrating trying to resolve the locking/unlocking mechanism over the phone. I felt sorry for the agent, who……
