Don’t use the steak house

Good stay for the price, reception girls lovey shame about the steak house joined to hotel as we were told didn’t need to book but stood waiting for a staff member to speak to us. Eventually she came over and said they were busy even though there were several empty tables. Then sat in the bar were other people went in and got seated.

The Air Conditioner is centrally controlled at the reception. They turn it on when they feel you need AC. I was hot in my room but as it was not on, I had to open the window to get cool air. I found this weir.

A fabulous hotel, reception was friendly, helpful, a smiling welcome. Rooms are lovely good size, we had a front street view, quiet area at night, hardly any disruptive traffic, so you can leave windows open at night. No aircon in our room, but there is a fan for air circulation which is all you need. I love the soft sound of the church bells in the morning, a gentle wakeup call. Good variety for breakfast, lots of natural light in the dining area, roomy. Easy walk into town, to bus area, close to Taun River for lovely walks. Recommend to come back and stay in this hotel and this lovely town, very peaceful.

30 min waiting for check-in, then 5 pages of personal details to be filled into an Ipad. At 20 o'clock I was refused food at the restaurant (as: "the kitchen was stopped" despite of free seats. Complain did nothing as the restaurant "is a separate business" so they could not care less about hotel quests. Nevver again

The front desk employee who checked me in was EXCEPTIONAL. Google maps kept me circling your neighborhood and someone came out to help me. Beyond exceptional. Check out was disappointing as the employee was not helpful. Overall good. Thanks

Älteres Hotel das nicht sagt dass es keine Rollstuhlfahrer Zimmer gibt! Essen und Umgebung sind gut. Bei der Abrechnung wurde ich Angelogen es seien 2 Personen gebucht die niemals da war! Alees war belegbar das 2 Bett unbenutzt keine 2 Frühstück keine 2 Personen beim Checkin. Man muss die Tiefgarage benutzen für € 10.je Tag. Ich buche dort nicht mehr.

Wir waren nur eine nach da, in zimmer gab kein klima oder hat nicht funktioniert, sauberkeit war net so, früchstück gab net viel auswahl und war fast alles leer. beim Information hab ich gefragt kann ich das Fahrzeug draus vor hotel in Parkplatz Parken er meinte das weiss ich nicht nächtes tag 30 euro Strafe hahahah
