"The property is not good it has a kind of reception desk but it took us nearly an hour to get a room. Then the key didn’t so went back to reception which was 10mins away Fo the member of staff to say the batteries had gone flat in the door lock but instead of replacing the batteries we had to get a member of staff to open the door. I over the odds for one night to find you had to provide your own toilet roll and towels for showers I’d definitely not be stopping there again "

"We were given an unlockable room and the only access to this room was through another bedroom that was in use. This was not safe in our opinion. We had our 2 teenage daughters with us and their beds were mattresses on the floor. There was no
hot tub. The bathroom and kitchen facilities were not clean. We did not stay there even after paying over £500 and the hosts were rude to us over WhatsApp messages when we said we wouldn’t be staying there. "
