Absolutely Worst Hotel Experience of My Life
I booked and paid for two rooms at Motel 6 through Expedia, and it turned into the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. When I arrived, I spent over 3 hours in the lobby being told repeatedly that I had no reservation. The staff was rude, yelling at me instead of helping, and even tried to charge me twice for the same rooms I had already paid for through Expedia. At one point, they threatened to turn me away completely, leaving me stranded despite having confirmation and proof of payment.
This was incredibly stressful and unacceptable. I will never stay at this Motel 6 again and am extremely disappointed that Expedia would list a property that treats paying customers this way.
Avoid at all costs!
