“When I first opened the door there was a dead roach near the welcome mat. We had arrived late afternoon after 8 hour drive. The rest of us arrived about 10 pm. We had an early day planned leaving at 7:30 the next am for graduation at 9:00. Four adults who needed showers. NO HOT WATER anywhere in house. Another dead roach in kitchen. “Very clean, description in ad accurate, quiet neighborhood. Very close to the convention center. We would definitely come here again ! Beds also very comfortable. Good communication with our host. We feel that we got our money's worth! Thank you for everything, Joanne”

“Nice place”

“The place was cute and clean! Beds were comfortable and clean, more than enough room for me and a couple of my friends to have a fun weekend. There is another rental in the garage of the house, but we never came into contact with them other than seeing their cars in the driveway. Would stay here again when I’m back in town!”

“The house was in a great location for what we were in town for and fit our needs. I haven't been to Raleigh in a while and it was interesting to see how it's been changing. We brought our dog with us and were grateful for the fenced in yard. We all had a wonderful stay. ”

“The property was very clean and set up for a pleasant stay. They host communicated timely and the location was close to downtown and some great restaurants”
