The hotel was ok, property was older, but you can see that they try. Room was fine, for the price. Bed was comfortable. I mean for the price, I think it's fine. Just stayed 1 night on passing through.

The staff person who helped me was impatient and rude. I asked for the screen I was to sign show the correct dollar amount I was charged and he refused and said that "he would fix it on his end." When I checked out he could not produce a receipt for my room charge and told me to call after 3:00 PM. Later that day I realized I had left some personal belongings and he said that they were probably thrown away by the housekeeping staff and then when pressed to speak to the housekeeping manager he acted as though he could not hear me and that the service was bad. When I called the next day, a different employee said that the lost and found policy was to bag and tag everything and that he would look for my items. He also told me that my reservation looked unusual and that he would have a manager reach out to me. I'm still waiting. In addition to this, our room was dirty (floor and shower) and in disrepair. Thankfully, the bed was very comfortable. I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff was responsive and the bed and pillows were good. The chair was broken, the clock did not have a power chord, the microwave was not clean. Food from prior guest boiled over inside microwave. Overall building needs an update, very aged.

The stay overall was good. The only thing was that your bathtub took a while to drain so you may want to fix that. Otherwise, this was a very nice place. Decent, safe, and very convenient location.

Our stay was enjoyable just because we could walk to the casino and back and there were food vendors and restaurants near by making it super convenient while we stayed here for the weekend. The rooms definitely need to be updated and the televisions did not want to work other than that the beds were comfortable and not much noise was heard outside.

We asked for some additional pillows and the staff did not accommodate the simple request- said they didn’t have any. There was also no shower gel in our room so the 2 of us shared the small hand soap. The breakfast was also poor, the eggs tasted bad/ old, there were some cereal, bananas that I didn’t even bother to try. The bed was extremely comfortable however…… I wouldn’t stay there for longer than 1 day. We stayed in 5 dif hotels on this trip, this was the priciest one and the worst.
