"Checking in was easy. However, i arrived when everyone was checking out, so there was a bit of a wait. Staff were always friendly and pleasant. Room was nice and spacious, though looking a little outdated. Toilet was nice and big with a view of the city. Good water pressure and temperature. However, it would be nice it there was a bidet. Hotel is located just on the exit (on the right) of Luomashi station. Super convinient. Also walked to Kuan Zai Alley from the hotel, and it was not too far. Overall a good stay. Wll come back in the future."

"The staff was exceptionally helpful and the bed and pillows very comfortable in addition to the general comfort. Swimming pool was a bonus. Well located to modern shopping centre with good access to restaurants. Chosen for its easy access in southern Chengdu. Thank you."

"Great stay with Waldorf! It has a big mall beside that meets all basic food needs. Special mention to Miya, who often superb recommendation and check in with us regularly during our stay. Only downside is the location of the hotel which is slightly far out from downtown but it not an issue with didi easily available. "
