“From start to finish, our 8-day stay in Cleo and John's home was perfect. The booking was easy and communication about the property and its details was prompt and clear. The home is beautifully furnished and spacious. Its layout is perfectly configured and our family of 5 (4 of whom were "working" from home) had plenty of room, both inside and outdoors in the beautiful lenai. The fully equipped kitchen was stocked with our favorite food basics which made our first breakfast after a late night……

“Older property, hard to find, located near all of the activities at Saddlebrook Resort. Interior is okay with small kitchen, multiple combined bedrooms. Exterior was messy with falling debris from trees and no covered patio or screened porch. Michele was very helpful and attentive to our needs.”

“This new listing and the host needs some positive feedback from his clients and then acting on those comments, before a five star rating can be earned. It is a clean, roomy Villa, and the listing describes it accurately. The host needs to provide more information about the Villa to make a clients stay more stress free.”

“Property was really close to the interstate, there’s also a really good Cuban cafe down the street. Home wasn’t dirty but could have used better cleaning. Shower looked dirty on the corners and also found someone’s wallet on the side of the bed, not sure how they missed that if they cleaned the room? ”

“Share pics of the neighborhood to help people make a decision if they want to stay there. Outdoor area is a mess, grass was not cut and lots of spider webs. Also a roach was found in bathroom. The doors in the house also had openings which allowed bugs to get in. Would not stay again.”

“It was nice to have a condo on the bay. All of the amenities were great, I didn't have to leave the property for anything the two nights I was there. The little store had much more than I have ever seen at a resort. It is a little dated inside but everything worked and was clean. The only thing missing was an air vent in the bedroom and no ceiling fan. I kept waking up hot in the middle of the night.”
