“Highly recommend”

“This venue was great for 25 of us ranging from kids to teen-agers to adults of all ages. A few things need attention. The Keurig didn’t work well and the movie theater projector had problems. With more attention to details like this, I’d rate the place higher. The pool was nice and big, as was the outdoor hot tub. We didn’t use the indoor one but it looked spacious. The property is very accommodating for young children and family pets. You can kayak on a river in the back but it is not too long……

“This is a scam. Do not book it. When I arrived the real house owner was there and told me its not a rental home. I did not get my money back.”

“The property is awesome! Great for bachelor trips or big groups. Had 16 guys and everyone was very happy with the house. Lots todo pool table, poker room, ping pong. Backyard was perfect for our big group. Kitchen had everything we needed. All the bathrooms were clean and had enough towels for everyone. The river in the back of the house had manatees and a lot of wild life. Would highly recommend this property. Derek the owner was very helpful and responds very quickly. We had groceries……

“The property was clean as advertised inside but the outside photo of a well maintained lawn was misleading. The grass was not in the condition shown in the photo and I had to call the host to get the lawn cut. The outside area was the selling point for me and my family. We had plans to use the outside area during our stay but that did not happen due to the lawn condition. We are a family of 8 and have been able to get property with four bedrooms and four bathrooms in the main location at other……

“This house met our needs perfectly. We had a large group come to our daughter’s USF graduation. The drive down the driveway was a bit scary, but once in the house, it was great! We spent most of our time outside by the pool. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We would definitely stay again in the future if the need were to arise. Thank you. ”
