「The property for the most part looked good, there were renovations being conducted. The staff was amazing, from front desk, to valet, and restaurant staff. However, the cleanliness of the property was disappointing. There were ants in the room, cobwebs were noticeable, and the tubs and showers had not been properly cleaned(which we ended up doing ourselves because we typically do that anyway while traveling). 「This property is super Chic in the heart of Hyde Park in Tampa Florida. They were having a cooking class when I walked in and they're really cool upscale bar. They have a winery. You can purchase wines on site, walk across the street to Bern's Steakhouse or order room service which I highly recommend. Check-In staff super helpful. Valet car service is the only option. Very helpful. 24/7 available. You can walk everywhere you need to go. If you want to walk to restaurants, walk into Hyde Park...
