“The staff was majority extremely pleasant, a few encounters of just not very friendly people but this did not inhibit my stay as I would definitely come back! The food at Lido bar was okay. I do think there could be some improvement. The amenities are amazing!! Definitely the reason I will be coming back again. Would give this hotel a 3.8 rating!!”

“The water pressure is very low in every room . We thought it was our room but they told us it was every room . The pools inside the spa areas were dirty . The floors in our room were dirty too. The beds were comfortable.”

“I stay 2 night last weekend Today I found out my credit card be charged 535 usd, I called to the hotel, they told me because my room's TV damage, so they charge me money for that But I “don’t”even touch the tv at all when I stay there 2 night, this is crazy just charge me for no reason, and I called the hotel , all they do just told me they are sorry for that. Said because they found out TV damage after I check out But the fact is I never touch the TV at all , it’s sad that just assume me and……
