"From the beginning this was a home run. The staff was available and quick to respond. The check-in process was easy and hassle free. The room was amazing. Lots of room and the kitchen was such a treat. Everything was clean and spotless. Bathroom was spacious and clean . The balcony was a great add on. The bed was firm and comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was also a treat to have. The location was perfect for our plans. We were in town for a concert at Benchmark arena just a short walk. A grocery store and restaurants, coffee shops and bars all in the neighborhood. We also went during Gasparilla and it was close to not only the parade but also quiet at night during all the festivities. We would highly recommend this for anyone."
