I got a late check out for 12 noon. Housekeeping banged on my door while I was asleep at 11:15. I explained to them I had a 12 o’clock check out. They came back at 11:40 and banged on my door again. I once again sent out a 12 check out and housekeeping said we weren’t aware. When I said something to the front desk, all I got was I’m sorry. I hope you had a good stay. It wouldn’t have been a big deal other than how are you not aware when I told you at 11:15. I’m never going back over something that small.

The staff were extremely friendly and courteous, the rooms were definitely outdated and could use a makeover. I love that we were on the Riverwalk so close to some of the dining options and the water taxi was available I take us to other areas. He shuttle was also convenient but they should consider making to available to take guest beyond a two mile radius and offer a courtesy shuttle to and from the airport.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. Everything was a 10 out of 10. The only thing that I could possibly say for improvement is maybe an update the wall colors in the room which is not that important. Also parking was $10 a day. I’m not a fan of being charged parking. I think all hotels should be free parking but other than that this hotel was absolutely perfect. The hotel staff was extremely friendly. It was so clean and smelled so good every time I came inside. The pool was nice, and the hotel is in the perfect location.

My family and I only stayed for one night but it was such a smooth and peaceful experience!! Hotel was busy but that didnt prevent the staff from being super attentive and helpful, room was clean and A/C was fantastic and was great for Summer in Florida!!

The location was perfect, close proximity to downtown and airport. The staff was excellent from the front desk to environmental services and restaurant staff. The shuttle was very convenient and was available when we needed them. The hotel itself was older but kept clean, comfortable and everything was in working order. The complementary coffee was good and the free happy hour was a pleasant surprise.

My second time staying at this location while visiting Tampa. It is close to so many places, in the heart of downtown Tampa. Rooms are nice and spacious. Staff were attentive and provided information and recommendations. I recommend this place and would come back.

I liked the location of the hotel. I do not like using little shampoo bottles in the shower. I also did not like having to walk around the hotel from the pool. Why can’t we use the door that is there? Our key did not work.
