"they had wedding an private party going on out back by the bar an pool area. Did not have face cloth when taking showers my last two days . Asked cleaning lady an she had no clue an told me to go to front desk. They told me when they have them they would send them to my room. Never happened."

"Place was under construction. Its going to be really beautiful when done. The pool area was being retiled and torn up. The rooms were new and modern. But the attention to finishing details was questionable. For instance the toilet seat was not screwed down. There was no microwave, phone, iron, or sitting chair in the room. The TV did not work. We could not check any of the cables cause it was built into a wall. We did get the front desk person to fix it. Was super quiet and very clean. Id stay there again in about 8 months when its completed."

"I had a really good stay here overall! When I first arrived to check in, the front‑desk lady wasn’t the friendliest and didn’t offer much information or suggestions. I arrived earlier than the normal check‑in time, and even though I had requested early check‑in, the room wasn’t ready — which I completely understood. The issue wasn’t the wait, it was her attitude and lack of communication, which wasn’t very inviting. After that, everything went much better. My toilet wasn’t flushing properly and the sink wasn’t draining, but as soon as I called the front desk, maintenance came right away and took care of it with no problem. I must say the shower isn't always hot. The rest of the staff truly made the stay shine. The lady and gentleman working the pool bar were extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful — they both provided great service. The bartenders in the lounge area were also very nice and welcoming. My room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. And the location? Amazing. Just steps from most events in Ybor and super close to the free trolley, which made getting around so easy. Even with the check‑in hiccup, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it"

"Room was clean and nice view. Great restaurants. Great access to beach. However, the wheelchair to access beach needed repair and there was only one elevator working. Overall greatly recommended."

"Pool was under construction, Bathroom has no fan. We ordered breakfast from the menu 1 day and got the buffet another morning and it was delicious. Aj and staff were very helpful and friendly!"
