「Very clean, well laid out and stocked with everything you could ever need! Plenty of dishes, large amounts of cooking utensils and tools, spacious shower, very comfortable bed, fans, large amount of storage, towels galore and starter spices, detergents soaps etc. The loft is quirky LOL but didn't bother us. 「Lots of room and appeared just as photos advertised. Neighbourhood was quiet and generally clean. Property manager was very “on the ball” and instructions were clear. Overall a nice place to stay. We found the bed in master bedroom very uncomfortable, difficult to have a good sleep. The kitchen only has very limited pots and pans for cooking and no scissors. However plenty of dishes for meals. 「This is our second stay with Carmen and you cannot beat it. Beautiful location, easy check in, comfortable and clean. We didn't arrive until 1 am and had no problem getting through security without the parking pass. We just let her know where we were staying and who we rented through. We will be back again next year!」

「We stayed at the condo, 2 nights before our cruise set sail. The location was great. Easy to walk about, local restaurants, nail salons and the cruise terminals was about 1 miles away. Uber access was easy and quick.Plus a CV and Publix groceries around the corner.We didnt need a rental car.The condo was lovely. Clean. Simple. Beds were comfortable. 「Overall we had a great stay! It was 30 min from Busch Gardens which was one of our stops so that was nice! Plenty of food and grocery options nearby. The first floor has the living area, kitchen, dining, half bath and laundry room. Upstairs were three bedrooms one full bath as well as the master bath.
