"We had requested an early check-in and arrived at 1pm. The person at reception told us our room wasn't ready due to having a full turn over, but they'd call when it was. We were able to hang out by the pool, but we were never contacted. We went back to reception after 4pm and our room was ready. Overall, the location and amenities were great and we would probably stay here again. There were a few minor inconveniences like the parking being more expensive that what the website stated and having a paper-thin adjoining door that made our neighbors sound like they were in our room. "
