Kitchen and Dining: The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters and new appliances, including an induction stove. A woodblock center island provides additional space for food prep and serving. There are two adjoining dining areas: one has a bar-height table seating six, and the other is a traditional oval dining table with four chairs and an upholstered bench seat.
Living Spaces: Interior highlights feature stunning wide-plank pine floors, scenic views of the dunes and marsh from the second floor, and ample natural light. Several cozy spaces within this home allow your group to gather privately to enjoy live sports or movies on various TVs. The loft above the pool house lounge provides a playful hangout spot for teens or young adults. During cooler months, the pool house is equipped with a one-touch gas fireplace and radiant heating flooring.
A fully finished basement features a pool table and a large TV with comfortable oversized seating. It also includes a gym equipped with a Tonal system, a spin bike, and weights. Each bedroom has a desk, and the powerful Orbi Wi-Fi system ensures superior connectivity -- both inside and outside.
Sleeping Accommodations: This home's three bedrooms are all located on the second level. There's a king-size bed in the spacious primary bedroom suite, plus a full private bath en suite with a step-in shower. The second bedroom has two full-size doubles and convenient access to another full bath, this one with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom, also on the second floor, has a queen-size bed. The pool house provides an additional half bath and outdoor shower. In the main house, there is also a powder room on the main level off the mud room.
Outdoor Spaces: Let the holiday begin! You won't want to leave the backyard patio oasis. Relax in the spa, take a dip in the custom in-ground pool, share drinks in the pool house lounge, and play cornhole and spikeball on the lawn. You'll also find a large gas grill on the patio, and plenty of umbrella-shaded seating for outdoor dining. Additionally, there is an outdoor gas fire table between the two outdoor sofas.
Location: It's only a three-minute drive to picturesque Sandy Neck Beach. You can walk it in about 17 minutes. Drive the same distance in the opposite direction to Amari's restaurant, serving up some of the finest Italian cuisine on the Cape.
Along scenic Route 6A, the King's Highway, you'll discover several charming restaurants. At Sandy Neck Beach, you can indulge in tasty lobster rolls at the full-service concession, admire a stunning sunset, or swim in the warm waters of Cape Cod Bay. Alternatively, relax and savor the peace of this property's spacious yard and private environment.
