“Absolutely loved the condo, loved the space. Having the beach so close was amazing!”

“The location of this property was perfect. From having the beach steps away across the street to having so many great restaurant options well within walking distance. It was great to have a kitchen to defray at least some of the cost of eating out all the time. So great to have all the beach supplies and cooler too, the umbrella was a lifesaver! It was a little tricky getting in when we got there, but a neighbor helped us out. Livia was very responsive, we needed more towels and they appeared! I……

“This condo complex was perfect for my sister and I for a girls trip. It's right on the beach, with a pool. We didn't swim there because of the sargassum, but that's just part of life there during certain times. I loved the location, between West Bay and the north and east side. It made exploring the island easier. I would highly recommend this place.”

“Perfect location and plenty of space for a family of 4.”

“Great property and condo. Condo has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great and fast communication with the host. Thank you”

“Wonderful 4 days at this beachfront condo on beautiful Seven Mile Beach. Well-appointed and comfortable condo with beachfront access and no trouble getting beach chairs and umbrellas each day. Quick walk to a great beach bar just a minute away and easy access to airport (10 minute drive). We will definitely be back!”

“Location is perfect for what we wanted- peace and tranquility! Most days we were the only people on the beach. The condo is central to everything - 30 minutes to West Bay, Starfish Point and East End. It is easy to find and you have a dedicated parking spot. It is literally steps to the beach! Enjoyed morning coffee on the patio with views of the water and the sound of the waves and at night we loved the beach chairs to watch the sunset and stargazing. Beach is gorgeous! Powdery sand, staff……

“Our stay was wonderful. The property was close to many restaurants and stores. We were able to snorkel right off of the private beach. The property was clean and had everything we could have needed during our stay. We would stay there again.”

“Great location and set up for our family. Property was perfectly equipped for all we needed and close to walk to so much. Host was very helpful and responsive!”
