Our home is very close to the beach, within walking distance.

You’ll love our home because it is a very fun house, the outdoors space is great for families to eat, relax, swim and zip line in the garden. Inside is a games room, playstations, the bedrooms have secret tunnels and a climbing wall. At night our family often sits outside and bbq's as the sunsets and the children swim in the pool while mum and dad sit in the hot tub :)

Great stay

We enjoyed staying at this house! We had two families, with kids ages 10-17. There was plenty of room. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances. There were also plenty of towels and stuff you normally need to buy for a house already there like hand soap, laundry and dish soap. Foster’s Grocery store is a close drive away and easy to get to. Rebecca was the best host ever. She gave us plenty of recommendations to eat and places to go to see sunset. We would recommend this place to anyone. Better to have a car if staying here because there aren’t many things within close proximity to walk to.

Perfect home

We loved everything about our stay. Our host and her son were great and happy to help with anything we might need. The home was lovely and very clean. We really enjoyed the theater when we needed a break from the sun. The outdoor space with the pool was lovely in the evening after the kids went to bed. The kitchen was by far the best we’ve ever had in a rental property, everything you could possibly need!!!

Wonderful stay!

This home was great, we had a group of 8 adults and 1 toddler. The home was wonderful and clean, tons of space and seating inside and out. Rebecca and her family were amazing hosts very responsive, provided great recommendations and ensured we had everything to make our stay perfect. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was very well stocked. We were there over the Super Bowl and it was so much fun watching the game in the cinema room! House is located close to great restaurants and beaches. Would stay here again!

Best Vacation Getaway

We rented this property with 2 families (6 people) with kids ranging from 8-12 for a week. We rented a car to get around which is a must for this property. Close to 7 mile beach but far enough away from the crowd. There was more than enough space for everyone to come together to watch tv, hang out at the pool, and cook in the kitchen. When we wanted to wind down after being out and about, we could retreat back to our own rooms while the kids played on the xbox, watched tv in their own rooms, played hide and seek in the tunnels, or played the many board games provided. All beds were extremely comfortable with super soft sheets with nice pillows. The air conditioning worked perfectly and there were 3 different zones which made it nice for those who liked it colder. The kitchen had every tool possible to make family meals. When it came to going to the beach, they had chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, sunscreen. Our 2 familes had an amazing time and we can't wait to come back.

Cayman vacation

Our stay was absolutely fabulous! The house accommodated twelve of us comfortably. The pool, grill and other amenities worked out well. The theater room was a hit for seven twenty one year olds. The host was very accommodating when we needed to reach out - very prompt and understanding. Corale beach, which is downtown was a short drive, where we spent most of our time. However, there are other beaches in walking distance. The back yard area was very spacious to accommodate exercise and other activities. One block down the street there was a school with a track where my daughter and friends would wake up and go for a run. We will definitely be returning in the near future!

Amazing property

This house was amazing. The kitchen was totally outfitted with spices, cookware, utensils, etc. Everyone was super impressed with the kitchen. The living room was comfortable and our downtime was nice there. There were 10 of us and we never felt cramped. The outdoor area was lovely. Rebecca's wassuper responsive and I loved that they left us a guidebook with information. We had the best time and would love to come back.

August stay at the funhouse

My husband and I were accompanied by our 4 grown children 20-28years of age and their significant others. We still could have slept another 6 people. House is beautiful and very safe. You can pick the bus up at the end of the road and ride to seven mile public beach or anywhere up to Georgetown for two dollars. House has everything! Beds are so comfortable! Owners or house manager were quickly responding to any questions we asked. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect Family Vacation Home!

This beautiful home was PERFECT for our family of seven! Our boys (ages 5, 7, & 9) had so much to play with and explore in this house. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we might need. Absolutely stunning

A part of my day job includes traveling the planet, and as a result, I am completely uninterested in a “canned” experience when I travel for vacation with my family. Each of us wants to explore the sights, eat/cook the local food, and experience the local hospitality of the destination as much as we can. As such, from the first moment we arrived, we knew we had found exactly the right place for us to stay for our vacation to Grand Cayman. It’s perfect. Rebecca and the folks who attended to our party and the property are absolutely first rate, and went well above the expected to make us feel welcome and comfortable. There were countless little details in their communications, the property, and our overall stay that made our time in their home extraordinary (who else sets out a pail of ice cold drinks on a warm day to welcome you to their home?). I won’t list the details here, but suffice it to say that this property is THE place to spend time on Grand Cayman with your friends and family. On our last night, I asked our family if they would come back to this property, should we return to Grand Cayman. To a person, each one was a solid “yes”. Thank you, Rebecca! We hope to return soon, and when we do, we hope to stay in your property again; we’re very grateful for our time in your home. Thanks again!!

2 Families with 4 Adults and 7 children ages 2-8! Awesome Stay!

The property was awesome! Very Clean and well-kept! Fully stocked with towels (beach, bath, pool), linens, kitchen supplies (and even food, spices, condiments to enhance home cooking), toys (indoor, outdoor, pool, beach), and day trip items (coolers, water bottles, etc.). Our kids had an absolute blast inside and outside and the house kept them entertained when we had to prepare for outings, cook, clean up, do laundry etc. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and were happy to offer suggestions for activities, restaurants, etc. They were easy to work with and made our stay laid back and easy going. Cayman Island is a BEAUTIFUL destination - clean, easy to navigate, safe and friendly. We rented a car and explored every corner of the island by boat and land. Cemetery beach (which is a quick drive from the house) was our favorite - but there are so many beautiful public beach access points to enjoy. The only reason we didn't rate everything a 5 was simply because we thought we could easily walk to the closest beach and with all our kids and the particular road we were on - it wasn't really a walking distance for us (although older children and adults may feel differently). Thank you for an amazing stay! We hope to come back one day!

Terrific!

We had an incredible time in this beautiful home. We traveled with 4 adults and 3 children. Everyone had plenty of space and the kids loved all of the toys and activities that were at the house. We enjoyed the location and the proximity to the beach and grocery store.

Great stay in a beautiful house

We had the best time in Grand Cayman Island and loved this house. We had two families with five kids between us, there was more than enough space for all of us, the kids had their space upstairs and loved playing in the secret tunnels. The outdoor space is wonderful, everyone loved the covered patio and the the pool. The location is great, it is just off seven mile beach in West Bay which was a great location for us. We rented a large van and were able to visit many beaches very easily. We went to cemetary beach which has great shade and some flat rocks in the water with lots of fish swimming around, great snorkeling right of the beach. We also drove about 5 minutes down to seven mile beach several times, for the ages of our kids the rock free sandy beaches worked well, the house is nicely stocked with umbrellas that we were able to use. The turtle farm was really cool and is only a few minutes from this house, we also ate at Alfrescos which was great food on the beach only a minute or two from this house. The Cracked Conch was also a great place to eat a few minutes from the house, there is a great patio with awesome sunset views and we were able to watch a couple of groups go out for night dives. While this house is technically close enough to the beach that you could walk (I would guess 5-10 minutes) we did not walk and were super happy with the option of having a van so that we could check out a few different beaches. Overall great stay with lovely amenities at this home!

A week in Cayman

This property was excellent for our family reunion: grandparents, children, and grandchildren. We enjoyed a nice mix of time at the villa and excursions round the island. The children liked exploring the tunnels! Owner was helpful in arranging a lady to come in on several evenings to cook dinner for us. Everything worked fine at the villa - no negative features at all.

A week in paradise!

We had the best time in Grand Cayman and loved everything about the property! The homeowners were easy to contact and helpful with not only all things concerning the house but also with any questions we had regarding the island! We had 2 families with 6 kids and the house was perfect for all of us. There was plenty of space to spread out and also for the kids to play. The house was close to beaches, grocery stores, and restaurants. I highly recommend this property and this island!! We've been to several islands in the caribbean and this is by far our favorite! The beautiful beaches, safe atmosphere, friendly people, and easy to travel around puts it top on our list!

Awesome house with amazing hosts

We had a fabulous week! With 4 adults and 5 kids ranging in ages from 3 to 14- we never ran out of fun things to do. The house is super fun for all ages and the owners are very welcoming. The home is well equipped with everything we needed including some extras such as welcome drinks! The owners were a great resource for where to go and what days were best to avoid all the cruise ship crowds. The home is in a great location. It was a safe and quiet neighborhood but close to all the activities we wanted to do such as the Cayman Turtle Center, Seven Mile Beach, and pick up points to go to Stingray City. We had a minor issue during our stay that was completely out of the owners control but they were super responsive and very willing to make it right any way possible. They made every effort to make sure our stay was amazing. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone going to Grand Cayman! We hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you to Rebecca and Gary & family for sharing your beautiful home in paradise!

Roomy, lovely house. Perfect for families and fun.

We had an amazing week at the fun house! We comfortably fitted in a family of 11 (ranging from 5 - 70 ish years old) and loved the spacious kitchen and the outside table area where we could all bundle in together. The garden - consisting of large grassy areas, beautiful pool and hot tub and trampoline - was great for the kids (and adults) to enjoy the gorgeous weather. The rooms were also large and very comfortable. It was a true home from home and if and when we return to Cayman, we’ll definitely want to come back here again. Thank you Rebecca and Family!

Best Family Vacation

We had 10 people (6 adults/4 teenagers) staying at the house and it was perfect. They kids had plenty to do at the house, plenty of room to not be on top of each other, plus it is walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The closest 2 beaches have great snorkeling plus shaded areas under trees to get out of the sun. They have everything already at the house that they let you use like beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, etc. Plus having our own pool to come back to was great. The owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great! They even grocery shopped for us to make sure we had food and drinks to cover the first couple days so we didn't have to rush out when we arrived. We had Ms. Venus and Cooper cook dinner for us twice while we were there and the food was better than we had at any restaurant. It is in a great location, close to all the attractions and restaurants. It is only ~15 minutes from the airport and 15-20 minutes to the downtown area in Georgetown. There is a grocery store is really close to the house. It was the most relaxing and best family vacation we have been on. We typically go to all-inclusive resorts, but this was a better option to be with the family. We will definitely be going back.

Paradise!

We are checking out today and wish we could stay longer. The island is wonderful, the home is great and the hosts, Gary and Rebecca, were impeccable. There were 10 of us on this trip and there was plenty of space to spread out between family and living rooms as well as the tranquil pool area. In the evenings after a fun packed day, we sat out by the pool and enjoyed the warm breeze. It truly is paradise. Gary and Rebecca are one of a kind hosts. The info they provided us pre trip and during was invaluable. We all agreed the info made the trip. Had we just showed up, we would not have had nearly as many wonderful adventures, sights and delicious meals. They were available when we needed but very respectful of our privacy. Their island knowledge was amazing. We cannot wait to come back!

You will LOVE this Rental Home!! It is WONDERFUL and PERFECT!!

Our family had the most WONDERFUL stay at this vrbo home located in the beautiful island of Grand Cayman!! Our stay was the last full week of February 2018. This home is GREAT, and I promise you that you will love it, too! The owners of the home greeted us when we pulled in their driveway, and they had beer and beverages for the kids waiting for us on ice, which was much appreciated after a long flight. It was so adorable….the oldest son went out into the back yard, climbed the ladder, and picked a fresh coconut from the tree; brought that into the kitchen, and we instantly enjoyed that fresh coconut taste by inserting the straw; and then later cutting chunks of the fresh coconut. Now I call that a great welcome! In advance of our vacation, the owners provided to me via email some VERY helpful information that I so much appreciate. Weeks before our vacation, we were told about all the FUN things we can do while at Cayman; which beaches are this family’s most favorite; which restaurants are this family’s favorites; and they provided all of the great details about their home. This was so nice to have in advance, so that we could learn about all of the fun options well in advance of boarding the plane. It was like I had my own, special ‘internal’ travel agent, who knew EVERYTHING about the island! There is a manager’s apartment attached to this family’s vrbo home, and I actually liked that. Not that Cayman is a violent island by any means, but I just felt safer having that manager be on site and under the same roof of the home we were renting. The homeowners want to make sure that you are happy and comfortable with your stay. They will check in with you, which is so kind!! Do not worry whatsoever, though; they are not bothersome or checking in TOO much; it was perfect, and we appreciated that they care so much about their guests; and they want to make sure that you are happy and comfortable, and that any questions you may have are answered. We loved everything about the home - - it is huge! Five bedrooms; plenty of space; the newly remodeled kitchen is beautiful!!! The king-size master bed is so comfortable…pillows are perfect; love having all of the bathroom options for when everyone is showering during the same time-frame to get cleaned up for dinner. It is so nice to have the beach towels be available to us; no need to pack your own. Love the pool and hot tub; we have a lovely stay and we highly recommend to you!

Beautiful house, great vacation!

We stayed at Gary and Beca's place with another family, 8 of us all together, and the house was perfect. Plenty of room, newly renovated kitchen, beautiful outdoor space (pool, hot tub trampoline, hammock) with lots of trees, plants and flowers. Our kids loved the game room and secret passageways! The location is ideal. Outside of the hustle and bustle of George Town (when the cruise ships are there) but only minutes away by car. Gary and Beca were terrific and extremely responsive and helpful whenever I had questions or asked their advice. Beca even did a photo shoot for us all on the last day of our stay! We had a great vacation and highly recommend this beautiful house and very kind and gracious owner's! Thanks so much Gary and Beca!

Wonderful Experience!!

We had a wonderful time in Grand Cayman. The rental property is very large, comfortably housing eight of us for the week. Pool/hot tub/outside patio were real positives. Great Wifi and cable system for downtime. Fully equipped kitchen has been redone. Spacious bedrooms. Good location in West Bay directly north of 7 Mile Beach. Very close beach access. We appreciated being a little off the overcrowded tourist areas. A couple of nice eateries within walking distance. The hosts were fantastic. Very responsive to questions/concerns. Overall would highly recommend renting this house for your larger group Cayman getaways.
