"The staff did not come to fix the beds or change the sheets or even bring towels or soap. I had to ask three times for towels. In addition, the pool said it closed at 10.. we were in front of the pool and at 11p/12a there were ppl in the pool making noise. Kids screaming, running around at 12a!!! We’re trying to sleep and these folks are out there making noise. Very annoying! "

"I had a great stay at the Palmetto Inn & Suites. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the WiFi worked great with no issues. Overall, everything was smooth and enjoyable—definitely a good place to stay right on the beach!"

"The bar was awesome but my room was completely dirty the bathroom was nasty..I told front desk and they sent someone to clean it but they didn't do anything because everything was the same. So after a long drive we had to clean our own room.. the three days I was there I didn't want any service because I wanted my room to stay clean like we had it...but other than that everything else was nice "

"We have stayed at the Raddison many times way before it was named that. It holds a dear place in us as it was the first location we stayed in the very first time we visited PCB about 20 years ago. We decided to visit PCB in a whim during Spring Break 2026, and The Raddison was one of the very few affordable choices that we were lucky to find. The amenities were great. It still needed a few more renovations, but we were barely in the room. The front desk people were all wonderful as well. We will definitely stay there in the future. "
