Someone pulled the fire alarm in the middle of the night and that kind of sucked, it would be nice if they could do more to stop people from doing stuff like that

I took my mom and grandmother on vacation and we were so impressed!! The activity court is so cute and the pool was awesome. We got a room with a balcony and the most beautiful ocean view!! Front desk staff were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed! The room was beautiful! Overall we are very happy with everything!! Will be staying here again!

Initially after check-in, we walked into a room with a broken AC. Room was 90 degrees. Maintenance was great and provided a new AC box resolving the issue within 1-2 hours. Beach view was superb and the pool area was very nice with a Tiki bar and live music. Beach access is just a few feet away. Definitely would stay again.

I would never recommend anyone to stay here! We booked a 3 night stay! Our first night was our last! The room had roaches from small to large! There was black mold! The shower didn't shut off just ran constantly! The bathroom sink didn't drain! I prob could have overlooked most things but I will not stay with ROACHES! They acted as though they would refund me however when contacted by Expedia they denied any refund at all! What a huge disappointment! We even had video proof of all the things listed above!

The staff was hateful wouldn’t let me check in until 5:45. for no reason. and there wasn’t an elevator and the hateful staff offered no help and i had a small baby. sickening and i will never stay with them again.

The woman who checked me in was nice and helpful, and parking was free, which is always a plus. The problems started once we got to the room. The floor was slimy and sandy—some sand is understandable since the property is on the beach, but the entire floor felt dirty. It was also warped, almost like it was ready to fall through. On top of that, 2 out of 3 of the complimentary shower bottles were completely empty. The bed was comfortable enough to get some rest, but the A/C system was strange and didn’t seem to work properly. After several minutes of fiddling with it, I finally got the fan to blow and cool the room down slightly, but it never actually got cold. The worst part came when the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. I jumped out of bed, woke my wife, told her to grab our 7-month-old, and rushed outside, other people were outside panicking. At the office, there was no staff at the front desk or anywhere on the property. Even after the fire department arrived, inspected the building, and shut the alarm off, staff were still nowhere to be found—even though the front desk was lit up and open. I was shocked there was no one on duty to handle this situation. If it had been a real emergency, the outcome could have been far worse. Thankfully, it was only a false alarm, but overall this was a very disappointing and unsettling stay.

My room was disgusting. Stains on the pillows and sheets. Smelled putrid of mold, mildew, and dirty mop water. Saw the dried dirt trails on the floor from what I would assume was mopping. A dead roach in the tub indicating it wasn’t even cleaned or looked at. Mold and very rusty around toilet and tub. Did not look like the pictures at all. I checked in at 4pm and was gone by 4:30. I refused to shower or lay my head down in that nasty room. I called front desk to ask for a room change, they insisted on housekeeping to come clean, but I didn’t even wait long for housekeeping. The room was too stank to just stay in so I returned my keys. The end.

Great location, alot to see within walking distance. Beach is great, very little waves and water was clear. Pool was good for both adults and kids. Tiki bar was cute. Drinks were good and fried pickles were good as well. Front desk was very helpful. All in all it's a good place for the price and it has everything you need, just needs a little TLC. Will definitely be visiting again before year ends.
