"From start to finish it was the best lodging experience Ive ever had in the Cayman Islands. The staff made it a top notch experience; service was exceedingly great. Security was helpful and always monitoring the grounds. Housekeeping made it feel like a new room any time we asked. Christian the property manager picked us up in parking and gave us a full tour and told us of events and future opportunities at the property. The amenities were perfect; pool, sauna, beach, gym, restaurants, etc were all close and clean with friendly staff. We will book here again and might even purchase a unit. Ill book direct next time to avoid the facility fee but it was still an amazing deal which will be even better next time."

"Super simple check in and out! Just one block away from the most beautiful section of Seven Mile Beach. Not too many people at this section of beach, so it feels like your own piece of heaven. My room was awesome...range, small refrigerator, plates, cups, utensils. Great shower and King size bed with a view of the pool. Complementary umbrella and chair for the beach. I've stayed here 3 times now and I have enjoyed it every time. Probably the least expensive place on the island but don't let that fool you. Definitely feels like a 5 Star Hotel...minus all the pampering. Love it and will continue to stay here every time I return to Cayman ❤️! Thanks Governors Village!!"

"The staff were excellent. Tip: Alexia and Ella are not the same person although they give the same excellent service. The rooms were clean. The restaurant had very good food and drinks and the staff was highly attentive. The pool was warm and clean every single day. I have absolutely no complaints."

"The stay was really pleasant. The cottage was clean and we have everything supplied for a beach day. Pool area clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend this place to stay. Car rental make everything smoother to move around the island."

"Loved the proximity to beach, gardens, large rooms, free parking, fresh towels and excellent housekeeping services. Suggest better mattresses for king size beds and twin beds should be more easy to separate out. Also, renovations on property, and roosters, were a bit noisy some days. Also suggest bbq be included in price, as photos showed a gas one, but they had none. Need to bring own coffee/tea, condiments and seasonings for kitchen."

"This house and location were great! Wally was a wonderful host who showed us around the property, inside and out, upon arrival.My daughter’s 21st birthday was during our stay, and Wally went out of his way to coordinate with a local decorator so the house was decorated before we arrived. During the trip, I also contacted him about a few items we needed, including an iron, and he brought them to us shortly afterward.The sargassum along the shoreline was the only unexpected issue, but obviously that was beyond anyone’s control. We found several nearby beaches around West Bay and the north end of Seven Mile Beach where it was lighter and we could snorkel and enjoy the water.The property feels like a private resort. My family had full access to everything without having to wake up early to compete for chairs like at a hotel. The pool was wonderful, the cornhole boards were a nice touch, and the screened-in area overlooking the pool and beach was a great place for dinner.My wife and I have stayed at beachfront hotels in Cayman before, but this house is the way to go if you want to truly enjoy the island and avoid large crowds. We would not hesitate to stay here again.Thank you, Wally, for helping make this our best Cayman trip yet!"

"The Grove is an amazing place to stay. Everything you need is just downstairs. The beach is across the street. The convenience store is open 24/7. The unit was equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas. Would rent again!"
