“Nice place, we really enjoyed our stay. Great location, well maintained and owner was easy to communicate with. The only thing that was wrong is that the grill didn't have propane and was very dirty. With that said we would stay there again. ”

“This property has a great location. Easy walk to downtown Hyannis (lots of restaurants, bars, and shops) and to the shore. And easy to find. The neighborhood is very quiet. There are two suggestions for the property owners: First, it was cool over the weekend that we stayed and there were no blankets for the beds. We ended up going to Target to buy our own. Secondly, the bathrooms are super nice as they have been upgraded. However the suggestion is to turn up the water heater. Our showers were……

“This house had everything we needed, including plenty of indoor and out space. The outside decks and shower are excellent, and the indoor table, too, allowed us to sit down together for meals. “This home worked fantastic for our family. It was clean on arrival and had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook for my growing teenagers. The beds were comfortable and the blackout shades helped us sleep in. The home is all one floor which worked well for my elderly mother who stayed with us. The master bedroom has a bathroom with a walk in shower that was easy for my mother to get in an out of. The only steps she had to encounter were two small steps to get into the house and two small……

“The host was very helpful and friendly and got right back to me on questions. The space was small but very clean and had everything I needed as a single guest with one dog. The bed was quite comfortable too. As a woman traveling alone, my only issues were with the isolation of the area in the off-season (there were coyotes outside at night), and I would have liked to have had a more secure bolt lock and less see-through blinds.”
