"What a lovely delight near the New Hampshire/Vermont border! The staff is very welcoming, the room is beautiful and clean, and the sunrise/sunset on the river are remarkable! When I accidently left behind something precious, they were quick to send it to me. This is an overall gem of a hotel."

"Nothing bad about inside the room (108) -- but it was next to the hallway to the stairs to the second floor, so heard occasional foot-stomps during the evening. No other noises, though. Spatious double sinks, very unusual. Huge, firm bed. The manager has quite the beautiful flowers and vegetables ..."

"This place is beautiful! It had everything we needed. The hosts were very communicative and encouraged us to contact them if we had any questions. We stayed at the treehouse to celebrate our 30th anniversary and it exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this cozy and quiet retreat."
