"When reception is closed, we can't borrow anything for cooking!!!!!!! Only 3 beds and a table in family room. We have to pay for coffee and tea... No shower gel and shampoo.... Room is very very dark. Only one light bulb insides the a whole family bedroom. Everything is bad!"
